We are seeking a composite Warehousing Business Expert to build and run the warehouse as a standalone profit center, integrating financial control, service product design, and system implementation to unlock scalable profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and operate the warehouse as a standalone profit center, establishing a full-cost independent accounting system covering rent, labor, utilities, depreciation, and overheads.
  • Design warehouse service products (e.g., receiving, storage, picking) and develop corresponding pricing strategies and quotation models.Develop and analyze key performance models (labor productivity, space utilization, cost-per-order) to identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements.
  • Conduct profitability analysis for the overall business, per customer, and per service to pinpoint profit drivers and loss sources.
  • Integrate costing, pricing, and billing rules into WMS/ERP/billing systems to automate data generation and financial reconciliation.
  • Formulate warehouse budgets, set P&L targets, and establish a KPI framework to monitor and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/business analysis, cost accounting, or financial BP within 3PL, cloud warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience in warehouse independent P&L management and a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain cost structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design warehouse service products, pricing models, and billing rules, with experience in system implementation.
  • Proficient in analyzing warehouse operational metrics (efficiency, utilization, turnover) and generating actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and billing systems; prior experience in translating business rules into system logic is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, complex functions) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI); knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
