Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and execute bespoke lending solutions for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Advise clients on a broad range of credit products, including:
  • Lombard lending
  • Securities-backed financing
  • Residential and commercial mortgages
  • Liquidity facilities
  • Asset-backed lending
  • Specialty financing solutions
• Assess client financing requirements and develop customized credit strategies aligned with their wealth objectives.

• Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis, including cash flow, leverage, collateral, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present credit proposals for internal approval committees.
• Monitor credit portfolios and ensure ongoing compliance with lending policies and risk frameworks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate credit risks while maintaining high service standards.

• Work closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of credit transactions.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to Relationship Managers on credit products and lending solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, commercial banking, or credit advisory.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, credit underwriting, and risk management principles.
• Demonstrated experience serving HNW and UHNW clients.
• Solid understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions.
• Proven ability to structure complex financing transactions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
