Responsibilities:1. Key Account Development and Relationship Management
- Develop and implement plans for acquiring and maintaining key accounts based on headquarters and regional management strategies.
- Participate in the formulation of marketing programs for key accounts, ensuring effective implementation of benefits and activities to enhance client loyalty.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive records for key account management, ensuring timely updates.
2. Key Account Reception and Sales Management
- Independently handle the reception and consultation of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized product recommendations and seamless after-sales support for high-value and complex transactions.
- Gain deep insights into client needs, effectively convey brand values and product stories, and achieve excellent sales performance while meeting personal sales targets.
3. Store Team Training and Empowerment
- As a key account sales expert, regularly train the store sales team on skills such as identifying key clients, sales techniques, service etiquette, product knowledge, and client relationship maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and sales teams to establish efficient systems for sharing and transferring potential client information, ensuring every high-potential client receives professional follow-up.
- Act as an "internal coach," enhancing the store team's ability to serve high-net-worth clients through accompanying receptions, case reviews, workshops, and other methods, contributing to overall sales growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher (may lower to a diploma for exceptionally qualified candidates).
- Over 5 years of experience in luxury goods sales or key account sales.
- Strong client service awareness and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication, insight, stress resilience, and self-motivation skills.
- Established network of high-net-worth clients.
- Positive and optimistic personality with integrity.
- Strong professional ethics and team cooperation spirit.
