負責開發及管理高淨值客戶,透過一對一專屬服務及尊尚體驗,推動高端珠寶銷售,提升客戶忠誠度及品牌形象。
Responsible for acquiring and managing HNW clients, delivering personalized luxury service and VIP experiences to drive premium gold and jewellery sales and strengthen client loyalty.
主要職責 Key Responsibilities
- 主動開發高淨值客戶
- 建立及維護尊尚客戶名冊,定期跟進並提供個人化服務。
- 安排及參與 VIP 私人鑑賞、閉門活動及尊尚體驗。
- 使用 CRM 管理客戶資料與銷售機會,定期匯報業績與客戶洞察。
- 以專業形象代表品牌,確保服務符合高端奢侈品標準及合規要求。
- Proactively develop HNWclients via networks, referrals, partners, and events.
- Build and maintain a VIP client book with regular follow‑ups and personalized service.
- Arrange and participate in VIP private viewings, closed‑door events, and luxury experiences.
- Use CRM to manage client data and pipelines; provide regular sales and client reports.
- Represent the brand professionally, ensuring services meet luxury standards and compliance requirements.
任職要求 Requirements
- 約 5 年或以上高端行業經驗:曾服務國際一線奢侈品牌(如 LV、Hermès 等優先)
- 具管理高淨值客戶及穩定業績表現的成功紀錄。
- 強銷售能力與客戶關係經營技巧,高度誠信與保密意識。
- 流利粵語及普通話,具良好英語能力者優先。
- Candidates with experience in top luxury brands (e.g. LV, Hermès, high‑end jewellery or watch maisons) are highly preferred.
- Around 5+ years’ experience in luxury or HNW client sectors
- Strong sales and relationship‑building skills; high integrity and confidentiality.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good English is an advantage.
