Our Client, a leading wealth management institution is now looking for passionate talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organise and execute training programs for personnel of the centre
  2. Build up and develop professional sales team in serving HNW clients’ financial needs
  3. Undergo regular performance review on sales professional and provide coaching when needed
  4. Develop and implement viable sales strategies to achieve business target and growth of the centre
  5. Plan & organise sales and marketing activities and events to acquire new clients / improve sales penetration for the centre
  6. Promote and enhance brand awareness for the company within the community
  7. Ensure an excellent customer journey for all clients in the centre
  8. Provide joint-call with sales professional in maximizing customer satisfaction
  9. Monitor sales and operation activities
  10. Ensure strong compliance standard and comply with all applicable guidelines and regulations for the industry
  11. Prepare regular business forecast and monitor reports to Acting Head of Branch Operations
  12. Adhere to high ethical and professional standards and uplift operations efficiency

 

Qualifications:

  1. University graduates are preferable
  2. Professional qualification in HKSI and IIQE is a must, CFP/ CFA is preferable
  3. At least 5 years or above experience in banking / financial industry, in serving HNW/ UHNW clients and prefer with management experience to lead/manage subordinates
  4. Mature, result oriented and be able to work independently under high pressure
  5. Strong analytical mind and excellent inter-personal skills
  6. A fast learner with proactive thinking and possess can-do attitude
  7. In depth knowledge on different types of wealth management tools (Funds, Structured Products, Insurance)
  8. Good leadership and strong customer relationship building skills
  9. Sound knowledge of Industry Rules and Regulations
  10. Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  11. Good presentation and communication skills in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
