Job Duties:

- Participate in project operations and assist with production setup

- Supervise line leaders and operators; manage resources to meet quality and daily targets

- Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth production

- Arrange training, supervise employees, control costs, monitor compliance, and manage project budgets

- Ensure operations comply with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO27001)

- Prepare documentation and client reports

Requirement:

- Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma of any subject can apply (related to Computer Science/ Management/ Industrial Engineering is preferred)

- At least 3-5 years of exp in team management

- Good time management and strong organizational skills with a logical mindset

- Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Good command of both English and Chinese
