AV Technician:      

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electronic / Computing or a related discipline.
• Experience in supporting audio-visual (AV) hardware and software for teaching & learning, broadcast, live sound and lighting.
• Have sound inter-personal communication and listening skills, technical proficiency and flexibility to respond to changing situations.
• Self-motivated and service oriented, ability to work under pressure, team-working skills.

IT Technician:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electronic / Computing or a related discipline.
• Have at least one year of experience in PC support, PC hardware installation, data migration and configuration of end-user PC to use Microsoft Active Directory.
• Typical tasks include new PC installation, data migration from old PC to new PC;
• Self-motivated and service oriented
