Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Developer Technical Support Engineer to ensure a seamless digital experience for mobile users traveling internationally. This role is pivotal in identifying technical friction points and coordinating with global teams to deliver high-quality mobile services in Hong Kong, Macao, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous testing for mobile ecosystem services used by outbound travelers and drive the resolution of key technical issues.

  • Collaborate with the Outbound Business department and regional overseas teams to synchronize testing across top global destinations.

  • Synthesize complex testing data into actionable weekly and monthly reports for regional and global leadership.

  • Manage the quality lifecycle of outbound Apps and "Atomic Services" while partnering with developers to improve performance.

     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related disciplines.

  • Familiarity with iOS and Android development environments is highly preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing or technical support, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep curiosity for mobile application ecosystems and digital user journeys.
