• Assist in deploying network services and performing device configuration changes
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network issues involving routers and so on
  • Support for 24x7 operational requirements when needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, activation, and implementation of network service solutions for customers.
  • Carry out network device administration tasks, including system modifications, configuration updates, and urgent changes when required.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve network-related incidents and service disruptions.
  • Work closely with customers, internal operational teams, and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
  • Participate in on-call or round-the-clock shift coverage arrangements, including emergency support when necessary.
  • Monitor service performance and support ongoing network operations to maintain service quality and availability.
  • Provide technical assistance and escalation support for infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • Professional networking certifications such as CCNA or similar credentials will be a definite advantage.
  • Previous exposure to ICT infrastructure deployment, network implementation, or technical support environments is preferred.
  • Experience with network monitoring or network management platforms would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewall technologies.
  • Sound understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a responsible and professional approach to work.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of performing effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and strong interest in networking technologies are encouraged to apply.
