Job Description:

• Provide PC installation support internal users
• Provide user support, answer to phone enquiries
• Assist in reviewing health check procedures and performing health check
• Provide support in computer networking and hardware maintenance
• Provide support in data input in systems

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above of  Information Technology or related discipline
• With 1-2 years experience in Information Technology services
• Hands on experience in PC Lan support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support
• General understanding in operation of IT infrastructure, and PC/notebook hardware
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
