About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Facility Manager to oversee engineering operations for a leading banking corporate offices and colocation data center in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across critical facilities.

• Lead day-to-day engineering and technical operations across office and data center environments.
• Manage technicians, engineers, and service vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive preventive maintenance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, change management, and risk control processes.
• Ensure compliance with client, regional, and global technical standards.
• Oversee engineering contracts, vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and budget management.
• Support business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response activities.
• Act as the key technical SME for complex infrastructure and operational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional workplace experience.

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, critical facilities, or data center management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, critical infrastructure, and facilities operations.
• Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with MOP/SOP/EOP, change management, risk assessment, and compliance processes.
• REW B0 certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in English, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
