Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform a full range of administrative duties to facilitate the effective operation 
  • Assist in drafting briefings, discussion papers, responding to the public and the media Inquiries;
  • Providing secretarial and logistical support for meetings, visits and other functions;
  • Performing any other duties assigned by government representatives.

Requirements:

 

  • University graduates or above;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP and Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative service (preferably in healthcare services);
  • Experience in handling personal data privacy and confidentiality requirements; and
  • Experience in customer service.
