Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of administrative duties to facilitate the effective operation
- Assist in drafting briefings, discussion papers, responding to the public and the media Inquiries;
- Providing secretarial and logistical support for meetings, visits and other functions;
- Performing any other duties assigned by government representatives.
Requirements:
- University graduates or above;
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP and Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative service (preferably in healthcare services);
- Experience in handling personal data privacy and confidentiality requirements; and
- Experience in customer service.
