Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across systems, applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
- Support installation, setup, and upgrades of IT equipment and software.
- Keep clear documentation of configurations, procedures, and issue‑resolution steps.
- Work with internal IT teams to deploy system updates and enhancements.
- Provide user training and day‑to‑day support on corporate applications.
- Respond promptly to user requests and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Assist in maintaining data protection through proper backup and recovery practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in system or technical support.
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Office tools is an advantage.
- Familiar with backup tools (Avamar, Veeam), Windows Servers, Red Hat Linux, VMware.
