【 Why This Role Matters 】

As part of the DICT Centre, you will work on Mission-Critical Services (MCX). These are not standard networks—they are the lifeblood of public safety, rail transit, and emergency services. You will be implementing the technologies (MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData) that keep the city running when it matters most.

【 Your Impact and Responsibilities 】

• System Implementation: Drive the execution of mission-critical voice, video, and data dispatch functions.
• Technical Integration: Master the interface between Core Networks (IMS/5G), dispatch consoles, recording systems, and terminals.
• End-to-End Delivery: Lead on-site deployment, rigorous testing (UAT), and seamless system handovers.
• Operational Excellence: Deep-dive into system logs and performance checks to optimize stability and service quality.
• Knowledge Leadership: Prepare high-standard technical blueprints, test reports, and operation manuals.
• Client Partnership: Act as a technical expert for customer training, presentations, and high-level after-sales support.
• Standard Optimization: Stay ahead of industry evolution and contribute to the optimization of MCX implementation standards.

【 What We Look For 】

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic or Network Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in communication systems, private network integration, or dispatch systems.
• Technical Expertise:
• Familiarity with SIP, RTP, IMS, LTE/4G/5G, and IP networking.
• Hands-on Linux skills (deployment, troubleshooting, and log analysis).
• Soft Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, excellent documentation skills, and a "team-first" mentality.
• The "Plus" Factors:
• Experience in MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData, or PoC.
• Knowledge of 3GPP mission-critical standards.
• Background in Telecom Operators, Emergency Services, Rail Transit, or Public Safety industries.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site to ensure project success.
