Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee business expansion initiatives, focusing on either E-commerce/Digital marketing or offline sales channels.
  • Successfully execute promotion strategies, including product sets and discount strategies, to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and anticipate customer needs, ensuring effective targeting and positioning of products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication across different departments to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful business expansion in either E-commerce/Digital marketing or offline sales channels.
  • Experience in executing promotion strategies, such as product sets and discount strategies, to drive sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong market and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
