• Assist in building AI-driven applications, intelligent agents, and simple workflow automations to support different business units.
• Support the implementation of AI use cases to improve internal processes.
• Work with internal teams to understand daily operational needs and help propose suitable AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend features and APIs using Python.
• Help integrate AI tools and services with existing internal systems.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in application deployment and maintenance using Docker, Kubernetes, and standard DevOps practices.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support the organization’s AI development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is required.
• At least 1 years of experience in software or AI-related development; fresh graduates with solid academic or project experience are welcome.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Fundamental understanding of DevOps concepts and modern software development workflows.
• Hands-on experience or coursework involving CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerized environments, or Kubernetes platforms (e.g. OpenShift).
• Basic experience in LLM-related applications such as AI agents, RAG solutions, or workflow automation.
