- Manage the full creator lifecycle: discovery, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Act as the primary contact for influencers, handling sensitive conversations carefully.
- Facilitate communication among creators, Korean HQ brand teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Create short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and provide guidance.
- Develop actionable content briefs and specific feedback.
- Monitor platform trends and changes in formats and algorithms.
- Connect creator campaigns directly to sales outcomes, focusing on conversions.
- Leverage experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, and DTC.
- Collaborate with Korean HQ on product launches to ensure effective sell-through.
- Evaluate creators based on engagement quality, purchase intent, and audience-brand fit.
- Build investment frameworks to optimize creator investments and campaign spending.
- Capture overlooked patterns and insights for future strategies.
