Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations and management of the theme park, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established standards.
- Prepare daily duty rosters, effectively allocate tasks, and manage the scheduling of staff to ensure optimal coverage.
- Train, supervise, and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Check and follow up facilities maintenance
- Communicate and Cooperate with The Employer and contractor for daily operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a shopping mall, event venue, or similar setting
- Demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good Leadership
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good service attitude
- Hold with “First Aid” certificate (preferable
