Job Description

  • Supervise the daily operations and management of the theme park, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established standards.
  • Prepare daily duty rosters, effectively allocate tasks, and manage the scheduling of staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Train, supervise, and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Check and follow up facilities maintenance
  • Communicate and Cooperate with The Employer and contractor for daily operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a shopping mall, event venue, or similar setting
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good Leadership
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good service attitude
  • Hold with “First Aid” certificate (preferable
