• Lead and manage end-to-end import/export shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery schedules for all job orders.
• Supervise the preparation, review, and compliance of shipping documents with high accuracy (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, and related trade documents).
• Evaluate and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and courier service providers; negotiate rates and service levels to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Monitor global shipments and proactively handle shipping delays, customs holds, and other logistics or clearance issues.
• Review freight costs, verify logistics invoices, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with applicable local and international trade and customs regulations, including correct use of required declarations and shipping terms.

• HKDSE / Form 5 or above.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, with prior managerial or senior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and import/export regulations, including Tradelink declarations and shipping terms.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and oversight of shipping documentation and operational workflows.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
