Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily transaction processing of securities and funds to ensure timely, seamless, dependable, and efficient service delivery to customers.
• Offer processing assistance for routine operational tasks such as trade matching, CCASS operations, corporate actions processing, IPO FINI and placement, client fund transfers, borrowing and lending, data management, and mutual funds processing.
• Aid in overseeing the stock pledge processing of equities and derivatives in Hong Kong.
• Enforce segregation of duties and appropriate controls by verifying transactions, amendments, and data changes executed by the operations team.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, managing and resolving issues throughout various project stages from initiation to implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in settlement and operations departments;
• Candidates with previous experience in US stock settlement will receive priority consideration;
• Strong background in operations and settlement of Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives;
• Capability to manage the complete settlement cycle in CCASS is essential;
• Thorough understanding of clearing procedures, fees and commissions calculation, IPO handling, corporate actions, fund transfers, settlement instructions, mutual funds processing, and relevant SFC and HKEX regulations;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
