Key Responsibilities

• Develop/customize ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, Service Portal
• Build advanced workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts
• Create responsive Service Portal widgets and ServiceNow Studio apps
• Integrate with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Configure SLAs, notifications, reporting dashboards for airport stakeholders
• Support UAT, deployments, and hypercare for live airport systems
• Collaborate with government PMs, airport IT teams in agile delivery

Essential Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – mandatory
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) – highly preferred
• 3+ years ServiceNow development hands-on experience
• Expert JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly scripting, Flow Designer
• Proven experience in Service Portal development and IntegrationHub
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated/government environments
• Strong English + Cantonese communication (airport stakeholders)
• Available for on-site work at Airport
• Hong Kong work eligibility
