Our client is seeking a hands-on capital markets leader to drive and execute our Hong Kong IPO end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full HKEX IPO execution, including timeline and milestone management
- Coordinate sponsors, auditors, legal counsel, and regulators
- Oversee listing documentation and regulatory communications
- Design pre-IPO structure, governance, and compliance framework
- Support investor roadshows and capital markets engagement
- Manage post-listing compliance and capital operations

Requirements:
- Direct experience leading or deeply executing at least one successful Hong Kong IPO within the past 3 years
- Strong knowledge of HKEX rules and listing requirements
- Proven ability to independently manage complex IPO projects
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Execution-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
