- • Assists the TM&L Manager and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement the PME program.
- • Supervises the program's schedule, logistics, and supports the entire end-to-end process.
- • Maintains communication with program participants and addresses their inquiries.
- • Updates program progress with the program office and relevant stakeholders.
- • Compiles surveys, analytic reports, and other measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the program's learning outcomes.
- • Manages records related to learning, teaching, and assessment.
- • Handles classroom setup and provides support to trainers to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- • Participates in other TM&L projects as needed.
Job requirements:
- • Brings 3-4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in planning, delivering, and evaluating Learning & Development interventions in large organizations.
- • Demonstrates great attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- • Possesses strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- • Has proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Exhibits skills in using online survey tools.
- • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- • Demonstrates excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
