Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of products to meet company-set targets.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs proactively.
- Identify and cultivate new customer segments, including government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and property management firms.
- Engage in all sales activities, from product promotion to project coordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow-up, customer visits, site inspections, and payment follow-up.
- Deliver high-quality pre-sales and post-sales services, offering technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and assist the division manager in providing timely responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the building material industry. Candidates with customer service experience will also be considered.
- Diploma or higher education level, preferably in marketing or engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
