Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end testing activities to ensure business requirements, user expectations, and system objectives are consistently met.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks across multiple projects.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Perform various testing activities including functional, system, integration, regression, performance, API, and user acceptance testing.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work proactively with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor, track, and communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders and management.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, governance, and best practices.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and test coverage.

• Champion AI-powered testing technologies and intelligent automation tools to enhance software quality and delivery speed.

• Support CI/CD initiatives by integrating automated testing into modern DevOps pipelines.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Quality Engineering.

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing within enterprise-scale environments.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and defect management processes.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • Jira & Confluence

  • Selenium

  • Postman

  • JMeter

  • SoapUI

  • Java and/or Python

  • Oracle Database / SQL Server

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Experience with test automation and AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Testim, UiPath, or similar solutions) will be highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

• Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
