This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join a sizeable technology team, collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts, and contribute to impactful enterprise projects. Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end testing activities to ensure business requirements, user expectations, and system objectives are consistently met.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks across multiple projects.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform various testing activities including functional, system, integration, regression, performance, API, and user acceptance testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work proactively with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor, track, and communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders and management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, governance, and best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and test coverage.
Champion AI-powered testing technologies and intelligent automation tools to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
Support CI/CD initiatives by integrating automated testing into modern DevOps pipelines.
Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Quality Engineering.
Proven experience in both manual and automated testing within enterprise-scale environments.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and defect management processes.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Jira & Confluence
Selenium
Postman
JMeter
SoapUI
Java and/or Python
Oracle Database / SQL Server
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Experience with test automation and AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Testim, UiPath, or similar solutions) will be highly advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
