Responsibilities:

In charge of overseeing the P&L of customers and projects for which he/ she is taken care of; the business growth and the satisfaction of the customers.  Major responsibility includes:

• Initiates contact with new prospects, new opportunity evaluation& justification.
• Preparation of commercial proposal, quotation and negotiation of manufacturing agreement and trade terms with customers
• Setup logistic arrangements with vendors and customers to cut short the ordering lead time but maintain a good balance of risk exposure to either party.
• Business performance analysis & reporting.
• Looking for opportunities internally to boost profitability.

  Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in engineering & program/project management
• Familiar with ODM / OEM and customer service.
• Team player, accountable & good communication skills.
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
