Responsibilities:

• Initiates dialog with new prospects, and perform new opportunity evaluation & justification.
• Preparation of commercial proposal, quotation and negotiation of trade terms with customers.
• Pricing formulation & negotiation for new & existing projects.
• Setup logistic arrangement with vendors and customers to cut short the ordering lead time but maintain a well balance of risk exposure to either parties.
• Drives cost reduction & value engineering initiatives
• Looking for opportunity internally to boost profitability.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Familiar with ODM / OEM of preferably in medical devices manufacturing environment.
• Team player, accountable & good english communication skill.
• Strong leadership & managerial skill.
