Senior Manager – Membership Operations Support Efficiency
Salary: HKD 85,000 – 100,000 per month
About the Role
This is a senior operations role for an experienced hospitality professional who can improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance member experience in a high‑end club environment. You will lead operational improvements, support digital and data initiatives, and manage a team to ensure smooth and compliant membership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
- Lead process improvement and change initiatives to improve efficiency across Membership Operations
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks aligned with club policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflows through technology and automation
Process, Data & Technology
- Own the Process Management Framework and ensure consistent implementation
- Design and implement data management practices to generate insights that improve operations and member engagement
- Work with project teams to deliver efficiency initiatives that create measurable business value
Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Support succession planning and capability development within the team
Who They Are Looking For
Experience & Background
- Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally with a strong Food & Beverage background
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Strategy, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
Skills & Capabilities
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills
- Comfortable managing change and handling ad‑hoc projects
- Strong command of English for effective communication with stakeholders
