Senior / HR Supervisor (C&B + recruitment )
Hong Kong
- experience in C&B is must
- experience in HRBP is an advantage
- at least 3 years experience
Responsibilities
- Perform C&B functions including but not limited to payroll, attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF and medical scheme
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
- Collect market practice and survey on C&B for benchmarking
- Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
- Assist in handling labour case and employees' compensation case
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits, preferable in F&B / retail industry
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and good team player
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in using SAP will be a definite advantage
