Responsibilities

  • Perform C&B functions including but not limited to payroll, attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF and medical scheme
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
  • Collect market practice and survey on C&B for benchmarking
  • Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
  • Assist in handling labour case and employees' compensation case
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits, preferable in F&B / retail industry
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in using SAP will be a definite advantage
