Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment of Graduate Trainee Programme and Pre-hire Programmes
  • Assist in organizing events and activities for Graduate Trainee
  • Support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusiveness initiatives
  • Liaise with vendors to implement training and development programmes
  • Participate in ad hoc projects / assignments as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Challenge the status quo and aim for continuous improvement
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
  • Immediately available is preferred
