Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment of Graduate Trainee Programme and Pre-hire Programmes
- Assist in organizing events and activities for Graduate Trainee
- Support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusiveness initiatives
- Liaise with vendors to implement training and development programmes
- Participate in ad hoc projects / assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Challenge the status quo and aim for continuous improvement
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
- Immediately available is preferred
