Our client, a top tier ODM company is looking for a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer (~45k) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical circuits and mechanical parts for small home appliances (like fans, humidifiers, air purifiers, etc.).
• Work with vendors to choose the right parts, materials, and manufacturing methods.
• Lead product development from idea to mass production—create prototypes, run tests, and fix issues.
• Use tools like SolidWorks or Pro-E to make 3D models and technical drawings.
• Test and analyze electrical and mechanical performance; make sure products are safe, reliable, and meet quality standards.
• Support factory trials in China—help set up tests, install parts, and solve problems during production.
• Ensure products meet safety, waterproofing, and international regulations (e.g., IEC, UL).
• Write clear reports on designs, tests, and changes.
• Work closely with R&D, design, and sourcing teams in regular project meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in developing small home appliances. (Those with less experience may be considered for junior roles.)
• Strong skills in:
  • 3D design (SolidWorks or Pro-E)
  • Electrical systems: motor control, power supplies, sensors, battery management, LED lighting
  • Mechanical design: waterproofing, fan blades, filters
   
• Experience using test tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and 3D printers is a plus.
