• Strong command of Python, Node.js, and Java
• Solid full-stack fundamentals — RESTful API design
• Front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), (CI/CD)

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack internal applications and services, from database schemas and APIs to front-end interfaces used by non-technical stakeholders
• Dive into unfamiliar codebases — sometimes with limited documentation — diagnose issues quickly, and deliver solutions without slowing down the teams depending on you

What We're Looking For

• Strong command of Python, Node.js, and Java, with real-world experience shipping production code in at least two of the three; comfort picking up additional languages as needed
• Solid full-stack fundamentals — RESTful API design, relational and non-relational databases, front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), and deployment practices (CI/CD, containerization)
• A demonstrable track record of reading and contributing to codebases you didn't write — you can orient yourself quickly, ask the right questions, and make changes confidently
• Comfort with ambiguity — internal tooling often means incomplete requirements, shifting needs, and a healthy dose of "figure it out"

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation, data pipelines, or internal developer portals
• Familiarity with scripting in Bash, Ruby, Go, or Swift in the context of tooling or platform work
• Background in developer experience (DevEx) or platform engineering
• Experience at scale — tooling that serves thousands of internal users brings its own interesting challenges
