Our client is a leading multinational organization investing heavily in digital transformation, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. They are building a modern enterprise data platform to support business intelligence, automation, and strategic decision-making across global operations.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Data Analytics Manager to drive the development of enterprise data solutions and analytics capabilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable data platforms, high-quality data, and actionable business insights.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms, warehouses, and databases.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes.
• Integrate data from ERP systems, APIs, SharePoint, and other business applications.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and insights.
• Develop analytics models and datasets for reporting and decision-making.
• Support machine learning, AI, and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

• Establish data governance standards and best practices.
• Implement data quality controls and validation processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
• Maintain data definitions, documentation, and business rules.

• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead data initiatives from design through deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

• (5+ years for Engineer, 8+ years for Manager) of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong SQL, database management, and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including:
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Databricks
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Azure Data Lake
  • Azure SQL Database
• Knowledge of Power BI and enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience integrating ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Exposure to finance, operations, supply chain, or large-scale enterprise data.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or AI agent development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Azure or Power BI certifications are a plus.
