Job Duties
- Provide O&M support for IaaS cloud platform (compute, networking, storage, containers, APIs)
- Handle incident troubleshooting, change management, upgrades, and disaster recovery
- Deliver front-line customer support and technical enablement
- Support basic operations of advanced services (CCE, MRS, DWS, ROMA, ModelArts, databases)
- Ensure platform stability and service availability
Requirements
- Proficient in Linux, Shell/Python scripting, and IT fundamentals (OS, DB, network, hardware, web)
- Familiar with KVM and OpenStack (Nova, Glance, Neutron)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, SDN)
- Experience with distributed storage and Huawei cloud storage
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring
- Familiar with Huawei hybrid cloud and O&M processes; capable of independent troubleshooting and risk management
