Responsibilities

• Implements and executes all business development activities including underwriting insurance products within assigned authority limit, managing top and bottom-line target
• Improves and maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
• Assists in setting underwriting policies and guidelines
• Other ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• Professional qualifications such as ANZIIF (Senior Associate)
• Hold a valid General Insurance License (pass in IIQE paper 1 & 2)
• 3 years' relevant experience in General Insurance industry
• Able to develop relationship with local agents or brokers
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Excel
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
