Our client – Global financial company, is now looking for Senior Business Analyst within their team.

Description:

Business Support Analyst Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, developing analysis to support process and project improvements.
• Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Elicit business requirements, perform impact analysis, propose and document end-to-end solutions.
• Analyze, organize and translate user requirements in proper documentation or user stories to facilitate system development and testing.
• Monitor work progress and identify possible deviations of project schedule and assist supervisor in formulating solutions for contingency.
• Manage and monitor the testing activities, user acceptance tests to ensure enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications and in good quality delivery.
• Handle user enquiries and production issues.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.
• Shared Responsibilities work with peers to balance assignments. Assist peers on higher priority assignments
• Plan agenda and drive meetings/discussion with peers (end to end meeting)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years related working experiences in insurance
• Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling.
• Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English and Chinese
• Able to present confidently to groups of audience
• Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn, responsible and willing to expose to new technology.
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL
• Proficiency in English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin
