We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dynamic professional to oversee our daily office operations and provide critical support to regional HR initiatives. As a key member of our corporate services team, you will ensure a seamless, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment while acting as a bridge between local operations and global corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Facilities Management

  • Workplace Management: Oversee comprehensive office administration, including facilities maintenance, inventory management (office supplies), sample logistics, and office improvement or renovation projects.

  • Vendor Management: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

  • Relocation Leadership: Project manage office relocation initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.

  • Team Supervision: Supervise office support staff (facilities/cleaning team) and provide backup support for front-desk reception duties when required.

HR Support & Employee Experience

  • Talent Onboarding: Coordinate comprehensive onboarding arrangements and deliver engaging orientation sessions for new hires.

  • Global Initiatives: Support the localized rollout and implementation of global HR and Administration projects and initiatives.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare timely and accurate reports on employee leave, attendance tracking, and administrative expenditures.

  • Travel & Ad-Hoc Support: Manage corporate travel arrangements, compile related expense reports, and assist with other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Office Administration, ideally gained within an MNC or large-scale corporate environment.

    • Prior experience in the garment, apparel, or sourcing industry is highly desirable.

    • Hands-on experience managing office relocation projects is a strong advantage.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Mindset: Customer-oriented, adaptable, and highly proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational capabilities.

    • Execution: A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

      • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

      • Advanced digital literacy, with sound knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
