Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior management
  • Manage calendar, telephone calls, correspondence and business contacts
  • Coordinate and support business meetings, conference, events with internal/external parties within/across regions
  • Arrange air-tickets, hotel accommodations and logistics arrangement of business trips
  • Handle expenses reimbursement
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years working experiences as PA to multi-international company executives,
  • Good English and working attitude, willing to learn

 

Working Hour: 09:00 – 5:30PM
