Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded secretarial support and comprehensive assistance to the Digital Leadership Team including expatriate and administrative support to the teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Daily task includes calendar management, preparing presentations, taking notes, and coordinating travel arrangements including visa applications.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with different stakeholders and external parties for various meeting appointments and activities.
- Handle travelling logistics and visa applications, also the expense reimbursement efficiently and accurately.
- Partner with Administration Team to support the well-being initiatives for the broader team and proactively arrange activity for individual team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Description:
- Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skill with an ability to meet and deal with all levels in a professional, courteous and diligent manner.
- Highly organized and confident performing in a complex organization and stakeholder environment.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
- Good proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferrable.
