Job Details

  • Perform data entry, manage client account opening processes, and conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure full compliance with SFC and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with front office, middle office, back office, and relevant departments to deliver seamless and efficient onboarding experiences for institutional clients.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, marketing materials, and project plans to support business development and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, structuring, risk management, legal, compliance, and operations teams to resolve complex product terms and documentation issues for non-standard or sophisticated products, including negotiation where necessary.
  • Serve as backup for handling client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate client data records and ensure timely updates.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant middle office experience in the securities or brokerage industry.
  • Holders of SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licences preferred.
  • Possession of all necessary regulatory qualifications to perform brokerage activities is an advantage.
  • Highly detail-oriented, independent, reliable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a plus).
