Sales & Service Manager/ Airline/ CS / Catering

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in sales and customer-service operations.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to support market expansion and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships; proactively recommend new products/services and improvements to customer handling.
- Monitor customer orders, pricing, and ODRs; ensure menu specifications and service requirements are handled promptly and to standard.
- Communicate customer instructions and expectations clearly to internal teams and provide timely updates.
- Oversee meal presentation standards and recommend improvements to meet customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality or Catering Management.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Minimum 9 years’ sales and customer-service experience; airline, hotel or catering background preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, outgoing and results-oriented.
- Excellent analytical, strategic problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and assertively manage stakeholder expectations.
