Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in sales and customer-service operations.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to support market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships; proactively recommend new products/services and improvements to customer handling.
  • Monitor customer orders, pricing, and ODRs; ensure menu specifications and service requirements are handled promptly and to standard.
  • Communicate customer instructions and expectations clearly to internal teams and provide timely updates.
  • Oversee meal presentation standards and recommend improvements to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality or Catering Management.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Minimum 9 years’ sales and customer-service experience; airline, hotel or catering background preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, outgoing and results-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and assertively manage stakeholder expectations.
