Company Overview Our Client is a leading provider of high-quality resort and vacation products, seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the dynamic Southeast Asia market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the company's resort products in the Southeast Asia market, including channel expansion and business implementation.
- Independently identify, establish contact with, and manage key partners in Southeast Asia such as travel agencies, tour operators, agents, and OTAs; build and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
- Conduct in-depth research on tourism market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape across Southeast Asian countries; apply innovative thinking to optimize product offerings and sales strategies tailored to local needs.
- Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and ongoing cooperation management to achieve annual sales targets.
- Collaborate efficiently with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, etc.) to drive product development, resource packaging, and joint promotional campaigns targeted at the Southeast Asia market.
- Regularly travel (short-term business trips) to key Southeast Asian markets for business development, client relationship maintenance, and market research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the overseas tourism industry, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on the Southeast Asia market.
- Possess extensive channel resources and network with travel agencies, tour operators, and agents in Southeast Asia; strong understanding of local tourism industry operations and practices.
- Deep insight into consumer preferences and cultural habits of tourists from various Southeast Asian countries; excellent market acumen and innovative mindset to create differentiated sales proposals and strategies.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English; strong cross-functional project coordination and execution abilities. Proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred.
