Sales Manager / Product Manager

Location: Tsuen Wan District
Function: Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

• Promote and sell medical equipment products to assigned private clinics and hospitals
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve efficiency
• Serve as the first point of contact for product‑related enquiries and work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
• Provide product training and after‑sales service support to customers
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotions, product displays, and events

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical products, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Good understanding of hospital procurement processes; existing hospital network is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving ability, sound judgment, and analytical mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Self‑motivated, independent, and a strong team player
