Key Responsibilities



  • Drive sales business development and achieve performance targets for the company’s resort products in Northeast Asia markets, with particular emphasis on the Korean market.
  •  
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, agents, corporate clients, and cross-industry partners across Northeast Asia, especially in Korea.
  •  
  • Continuously analyse Northeast Asia market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics — with deep focus on the Korean market — and create innovative, localised sales and promotion strategies.
  •  
  • Represent the company in business negotiations, contract signing, and long-term relationship management with Northeast Asia partners.
  •  
  • Work closely with internal product, marketing, and service teams to ensure customised product packages and superior customer experiences are successfully launched and delivered for the Northeast Asia (especially Korean) market.
  •  
  • Conduct regular business trips to Northeast Asia for client visits, market research, industry networking, and on-ground execution.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Business, Japanese/Korean Language, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of overseas tourism sales or business development experience, with in-depth familiarity with the Northeast Asia tourism market.
  • Strong existing network and resources with Northeast Asia travel agencies, agents, or tourism industry players, supported by proven successful cooperation cases.
  • Proficient in Japanese or Korean (business level) — ability to conduct negotiations and daily communication in the language is highly preferred; fluent English is mandatory.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Korea — including Korean consumer behaviour, travel preferences, business culture, and market dynamics; able to break conventions and propose creative, market-specific business solutions.
  • Results-oriented with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, strong internal coordination ability, and independent problem-solving capability.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to Northeast Asia; prior long-term residency or extensive working experience in Korea or other Northeast Asian countries is a strong advantage.
