Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts to meet ambitious sales targets.

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

  • Promote our diverse portfolio of logistics and supply chain solutions to a broad customer base.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to shape business strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute innovative sales campaigns.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage client portfolios to achieve revenue and volume goals.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales challenges with creativity and professionalism.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to seize new business opportunities and drive innovation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
