Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets in line with the company’s annual sales objectives.
- Proactively identify and develop enterprise clients that require overseas bank accounts for collections and RMB foreign-exchange settlement services.
- Deeply understand enterprise users’ payment needs, maintain sharp market insight, and translate market dynamics into tailored payment strategies while continuously optimizing internal products and processes.
- Conduct regular analysis of transaction data, deliver actionable insights to clients, resolve payment-related issues, and elevate overall customer experience.
- Own the full client lifecycle, providing end-to-end service and solving challenges at every stage of the client’s business growth.
Manage personal performance rigorously, monitor sales progress and market changes, and adjust strategies promptly to ensure target delivery.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated success in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong network and resources in Web3, cross-border payments, or outbound pan-entertainment sectors (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct business in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; data-analysis mindset is advantageous.
