About the Role

We are looking for a driven and outgoing Project Sales Executive to join a well-established player in the building materials sector. You will focus on promoting high-quality finishing products to property developers, architectural firms, interior designers, and contractors, helping them bring residential and commercial projects to life.

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell a wide range of products including ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, engineered wood flooring, kitchen cabinetry, and related solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, designers, and key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio in line with company targets
  • Provide professional product advice and tailor solutions to meet project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

 

Requirement: 

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • 2-3 years or above of B2B sales experience (candidates with building materials, interior finishing, or project-based sales background will have an advantage)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoys meeting people
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Cantonese, fair English; Mandarin proficiency is a definite plus
  • Immediately available or on short notice is highly preferred

 

Salary: Negotiable
