Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the group’s overall sales strategy, annual revenue plans and commercial targets for advertising, sponsorship, content partnerships and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end P&L of the sales division, monitor monthly/quarterly/annual revenue performance, and take corrective actions to ensure all financial KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and client budgets to optimise product offerings, pricing structures and sales mix for maximum profitability.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM utilisation, contract negotiation, revenue tracking and collection processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with major advertisers, top media agencies and key corporate clients across all industry verticals.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and pitches for large-scale sponsorships, multi-platform campaigns and exclusive partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or related fields; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in Hong Kong’s media and advertising industry.
  • Established strong network with key advertisers, media agencies and C-suite decision-makers in Hong Kong.
  • Strong strategic sales leadership and P&L management capabilities.
  • High commercial acumen, results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
