• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing sales team, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential market segments to expand the company’s footprint.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and capture growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs, track team performance, and take necessary actions to achieve business goals.
• Prepare regular sales updates and reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Candidates from telecom, IT solutions, office equipment/printer, or general B2B sales companies are welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead business expansion.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
