Our client is looking for Sales Director (80K - 100K) (Fashion Retail) for their retail in HK and Macau.

Job Description:

• Develop short, medium, and long-term goals for retail business in different regions, effectively plan organizational capabilities and team structure to facilitate goal achievement.
• Monitor market dynamics and make timely adjustments to channel layout and customer relations.
• Efficiently plan and drive retail operational systems, operation manuals, workflows, and staff training to standardize and institutionalize operational management, ensuring compliance within the retail team.
• Execute regional product procurement and operations, ensuring maximum profitability of products and channel.
• Ensure retail sales and profits meet targets, taking responsibility for relevant operational and manpower indicators.
• Manage and cultivate an efficient sales team, including talent planning and reserves.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Proven 10 experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in driving sales growth and managing retail operations.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
